New Brugmansia Disease ??

Question

I have 3 rooted cuttings from Brugmansia about 2 months old. They started out great but have slowly developed a disease affecting the leaves. New leaves start to pucker and curl with raised spots. Spots start to turn rust color and then fall away leaving tiny holes in the leaves. Eventually the entire leaf turns yellow and falls off. Acts like a fungus but none of us has ever seen this before. Can you tell me what it is and how to treat it ?
