Need to Buy Gourmet Dandelion Seeds

Need to buy gourmet dandelion seeds. Where can I do so? I need to plant dandelion for my husband’s diet- diabetes. The less bitter species would be nice…where can I buy the seeds?

Johnny’s Selected Seeds offers two species of dandelion: Taraxaum officinale, our common variety; and the Italian dandelion, Cichorium intybus.
