Q.Need Help With Dying Plant

its a Crassula Perforata Hottentot (i believe) in a hanging plant pot it is being watered every 2 weeks usually (hasn’t been watered for 3 now) it gets daily sunlight and fairly warm conditions) but the hanging leaves are starting to turn very dark by the roots (where it is coming out of the soil & i am not sure what to do its my favourite plant so don’t want it to die ha ha) thanks in advance 🙂

You may have some root rot going on. I would repot it in a sanitized container with fresh potting soil for cacti and succulents. Make sure the pot has drainage holes. This one may not. It doesn't really help to put rocks in bottom of container.

I would also cut off a piece or two of healthy foliage and try rooting it in case the repotting doesn't help. Here is more:
