Need help to identify pest

Question

I have a problem with my squash plant and cucumber plant leaves being eaten and can’t seem to find the culprits. At first I thought it was a disease but then it started to look more like insects and now I’m seeing large concentrations of eggs on plants. Any help is appreciated!
