Q.Need Help Rescuing An Orchid

I think it is a Phalaenopsis I am not even sure of the color It was given to me in this state and I am not sure what to do to rescue it. I have upload a zip file with photos. It has a Keiki I did figure that out! I am not sure how to proceed !! Any help will be MUCH appreciated!!
