Q.My sprouts have formed big yellow flowers on the tops .
Does this mean they have bolted . What is the best thing to do .

It appears you brussel sprouts have bolted. This occurs as the weather becomes to warm. Cole crops like brussel sprouts, cabbage, kale and cauliflower are cool season crops and bolt when the weather becomes too warm. It is probably time to pull out the plants as they generally will not form more sprouts once bolted.
