Purple Passion

Q.My purple passion plants keep dying when I transplant.

Many years ago I had tons of Purple Passion plants. I just starting trying to grow them again and I am on my 5th plant. They keep dying; every time I transplant it dies. I love them and I don’t know what to do. I could sure use some help.

Your plant wants a slightly acidic soil; you may want to add some sand and peat moss into your potting soil. Here are a couple articles about how to avoid transplant shock and how to treat it.
