potted lime tree has never had a blossom

Question

My potted lime tree has never had a blossom yet alone a lime. My tree is nice and green but I’ve never even had a blossom. It is in a container that is outside during the warm months and inside otherwise. I’ve had it for three years and it looks like a medium sized bush that is a nice green color but that’s it!! pH is good, I have a meter and I have given it “bloom” and trimmed the branch ends trying to stimulate something!
