gel like substance from oozing peach tree fruit

My peach tree has a lot of fruit that doesn’t seem to be getting any size to them. There is a gel like substance oozing from a lot of the fruit. What could the problem be? It’s the only peach tree on the property that I recently purchased and I don’t have any history to add.

Unfortunately is sounds like the Oriental Fruit Moth has invaded your tree.
You will need to discard the fruit and destroy.
