Q.My Peace Lily Has Been Dropping For Weeks And Today I Noticed Mushrooms And White-ish Mold. I Figured I Should Repot It And Once I
dug it out, this is all that is left of the roots. I’m assuming it’s rotted, but is it worth repotting or is it done for at t his point? It’s an 8 yr old plant. It started to wilt not long after reporting it into a larger pot. It had been at least 3 years since it was last repotted. Was planning repot it back into its last home, which is a 12” pot.

It isn't, necessarily, done for. You may be able to save it with a repotting and a fungicide.
