My Newly Planted (March This Year)weeping Silver Birch Leaves Are Turning Yellow ?

Seems very early I have kept it well watered.

It may not be getting enough water or it may be getting too much. The soil must be kept constantly moist, but the soil must be well draining. In the photo it looks like it is competing with all the other plants for water and nutrients. Plus, it will grow into a large tree. Another possibility is tree borers. Here is more:
