Q.My Mulberry Tree Is 10 Years Old Never Had Any Mulberries Now Have A Few On One Limb

The tree has flowers every year but no berries

You may have a flowering mulberry grafted onto a fruiting root stock.

You can cut that branch off if you do not want the fruit.
