Q.meyer lemon dropped all its buds/fruit

My potted Meyer lemon that produced fruit last year, bloomed heavily this year and then dropped all its blooms and any stems/fruits. Is there anything I can do to help it rebloom or is my chance at fruit over this year? We live in Houston, Texas.

Meyer lemons are said to bloom sporadically throughout the year so there is still hope!

Does the tree otherwise look healthy? Any signs of insect infestations or the like?

The reason for your bloom and bud drop is probably environmental in nature and these environmental reasons are discussed at length in the following article:
