My Lawn Is Growing Patchy, Brown Dead Looking Grass Since The Winter.

Question

I live in the Okanagan BC. It looks like my dog has peed everywhere except the patches are not uniform and are much bigger patches.

It looks like winterkill. You can rake out the dead grass and apply a fertilizer that contains seed or just buy seed. Be sure to keep it watered till it grows.
