Q.my jasmine tree

it has a web growing on its branches ..what should i DO .. ?

Can you include pictures? This could be spider mites, or a number of caterpillars. Neem oil is a good broad spectrum pesticide, but sometimes will not be strong enough for the mites. I recommend also adding garlic extract and rosemary oil alongside the neem oil, in water. This will usually rid them of most insect pests.
