Q.My jade plant leaves are wrinkled and pale- does it need repotting?

This plant is about 10 years old and has been healthy until this spring.

This looks like Spider Mites have invaded your plant.
Damage initially appears as mottled discoloration on leaves and leaves may turn brown as they are drained of fluids. Alcohol wipes control spider mites. Remove badly damaged portions of the plant.
