My In Ground Calla Lilies Are Starting To Sprout, When Should I Divide Them?

I live in Mesa, AZ and the plants are just starting to sprout after their dormant period. Should I divide now, or wait until spring? If I wait until spring the plants will be in full growth. Thank you so very much for your help. I truly appreciate it.
