Q.My Glads Are Perfect Except Now They’re Getting Ready To Bloom. We’re At The End Of August.

I live in central New York. Planted when time to.Why are they blooming now?

They take 70 to 100 days to grow and flower. Fertilizer is important as well as ample water. Are you concerned you won't have four to six weeks before cold weather to dig them up? You can wait till the first frost, but dig them within a couple days after a frost. These articles should help:
