I have to them in a pot with marigolds and they are flourishing.

Although most geraniums will flower during the summer, it sounds like you have a spring blooming variety. These are not as common, but they do exist. I would not worry about it, though, since the marigolds are blooming. It just seems like that will be its natural flowering cycle.
