Gardenia bush with no leaves

My gardenia bush doesn’t seem to be producing any leaves yet but the limbs are still green. Do I need to do something to it?

If the limbs are still green and pliable, I would continue to give your plant some time to wake up. This past winter produced lower then normal temperatures across the entire United States. Many gardeners are reporting a slow start to gardens greening up.

Care for your Gardenia as you always have and give it a chance.
