MY FIRST TIME GROWING HYDRANGEAS AND THEY ARE NOT BLOOMING NOR GROWING.

THEY ARE IN A FLOWER BED AND NOT GROWING AS FAST AS THE TWO NEXT TO MY HOUSE. THEY ALSO LOST THEIR COLOR. WHAT DO I USE TO TEST THE SOIL?

The first will be too much sunlight. These are meant for the shade, and will not tolerate full sun. After this will probably be soil nutrition or disease.
