help with fruiting plants

Question

My chili tree is 3 yrs and also flowered twice. It gives fruit which is black pepper sized. Please guide me on what to do so that it gives good fruits. My small sized oranges have started flowering 3 months back and it just gave one orange. Help me in getting good fruits from both the plants.
