My 2 Metre Pony Tail Has Shoots Protuding From The Base. How Do I Remove And Plant The Shoots?

As long as they are true off-shoots, and not part of the opper portion of the plant, they will transplant quite easily. They don't propagate well from tip cutting. You will know the difference because of the rooting nodes you might see at the very base. They appear as little points.
