Q.Mushrooms in Tomato Plants

I have mushrooms growing in my tomato plants. Is this a bad thing? If so, how do I get rid of them?

The mushrooms will not hurt the plants. It is actually a good sign. It means that the plants are growing in rich soil full of organic material.
