moving rock roses

when is the best time to move a rock rose? I need to move one that was planted last Spring and is too close to something else. Thanks

These aren't the easiest plant to move, but if you are going to do so, then I would recommend waiting until the plant is not actively growing. After all flowers fade would be an ideal time.
