Moving a Hibiscus Plant

Anonymous added on June 4, 2011 | Answered

I have a hibiscus plant I want to move to a different location. It is just now getting new growth for the season, so I'm thinking it is still okay to do it. It seems to have a huge root system. Will it hurt the plant if the roots get cut while I am digging it up? Any suggestions on how to move it?
