Q.Morning Glory Flowers

I try to grow MGs outside and in pots. But I can’t get this potted one shown to fully flower; it partially flowers (two) as shown in the photo, then wilts, shrivels before full bloom. ? Too little water, too much water, fertilizer, too warm & dry? Do have a suggestion?

Are you trying to grow that one indoors? It's very hard to give plants inside enough light to bloom well. Have you tried a grow light? Fluorescent bulbs or GED grow lights would probably help. Here are their growing needs which should help pinpoint a care issue.
