Mondo grass

Question

Thinking about planting some and heard that using seeds are not a good idea because of the age of the seeds when u recieve them. Any information u can give me on the subject would be appreciated,thanks

Mondo Grass is not an easy plant to grow from seed. Germination rates will be better with fresh seed, but certainly starting seeds from a seed source can be done.
Germination rates are generally published on the back of seed packets or in the written information on the seeds.
