Q.Meyer lemon tree

I have brought a patio Meyer lemon inside for winter in Ga. It has 5 ripening lemons on it and has dropped all leaves, will it survive till spring when it will return outside?

It will but the lemons will not ripen without the leaves to produce energy for the fruit. This will not fruit properly in your area without using lighting indoors. I recommend at least 200 watts of horticultural grade lighting to produce fruit. You will also want to keep, both, dolomitic lime, and iron sulfate handy. Apply these twice per year with a citrus fertilizer, and it will save you quite a bit of trouble in the future.

Here is an article for container lemon, and any other citrus care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/lemons/growing-lemon-trees-containers.htm
