Meyer lemon

the meyer is growing outdoors it is 2 years old first crop two only eaten by dog, second crop 2 only huge size of melon no juice i have fertilized 6 monthly what can i do to improve please regards Raewyn

If this is a grafted tree, it is possible that the rootstock put up its own trunk and the huge fruit reflects the rootstock's characteristics. Check whether you can see a line around the trunk from where the graft is and whether anything is growing from below it.
