How will I know when it’s time to pick my zucchini? I can’t tell when it’s fully grown and ready to pick.

You want to pick it when it is quite small for the best flavor, 6-8 inches long is ideal. Plus, when you harvest when they are small, they produce more fruit to make up for it.
