Mango Tree Leaves Look Weird

Question

The leaves just do not look normal, though it has a lot of tiny fruits. Do you know if there is something I Need to do? Thanks for any advice you can provide. This is the second year I have fruits, but somehow, the fruits do not seem to get big. They were very tiny last year.
