Q.Male sago produced flower, however, females have not. Is there a problem?
I have 3 sago plam plants and I think only 1 is male, it produced a flower.

Did you have the male first then acquire the others later? They only bloom every third year or so once they start blooming (after 15 or 20 years), so you are lucky the male bloomed. They do need monthly fertilizing for optimum health. Here is more:
