Lucky Bamboo. Fertilising. Repotting. Medium

Question

I have had my 40cm lucky bamboo for 3 years. It has multiple stems. It is in a dark pot in bark chips. I notice some lightening of the leaves. Does it need feeding? Or is it in need of fresh growing medium. Should I repot?What is the best fertiliser to use if any?

You can give it a fertilizer boost and change the growing medium. You can use any well-draining soil. Here is more:
