Q.Looking For Groundcover Advice

Hello! I am in Oakland (Bay Area) which I guess is zone 10? I am looking for a low maintenance, drought tolerant (since it doesn’t rain May-Oct) shade to partial shade ground cover type grass or plant, that looks good or at least decent all year. Flowering at certain points is fine (not necessary) as long as it still looks good/decent when it’s not flowering.
I’m having a hard time finding something that meets all of this! Help!
