Zucchini Fruit Turns Yellow and Shrivels Up Before Flower Opens

Question

The baby zucchini on my zucchini plant starts turning yellow and shrivels up before the flower opens. There has been quite a number of fruits but none of them have grown past an inch. I water every other day, and I don’t think I have over or under watered. Don’t seem to see any bugs. HELP!
