Lime Tree Not Blossoming

Question

My lime tree was in an oak barrel for 3 years and produced wonderful fruit. I decided to have my gardener plant it next to my Meyer lemon. It has been in the ground now for 3 years and has never produced limes again. My Meyer lemon is loaded every season. I fertilize every month and the lime tree is beautiful, but no fruit. HELP!!
