Lime Tree Leaf Drop

Question

I have a young lime tree. It dried out and I watered it, but too late to prevent massive leaf drop. Approximately 5/6s of the leaves fell off. What do I need to do to save this tree? The remaining leaves are now looking strong and healthy.

Just keep caring for it properly and the leaves that were lost will grow back in.
