Lime Tree Fruit Drop Off

Question

I live in central Mexico and have a healthy lime tree. Good drainage and lots of sun. Flowers well. However, the small fruit drops off shortly after development. Don’t know why. No disease. Could it be the fertilizer? What do you recommend?
