Lime Tree

Question

I have a lime tree which is over 4 or 5 years old and it is the same size as when I bought it. The tree gets a few more leaves every year in the winter and then it starts losing the leaves in the spring. I do fertilize and have put nitrogen and potassiun but nothing changes.
