Q.Legend tomato seeds-not flowering

I recently purchased Legend tomato seeds. It grew to about 15″ -produced one blossom- no tomatoes despite the fact that every other tomato plant in the same garden is producing. What’s wrong? George

It would be hard to say without seeing the issue. Can you include a photo? Were these all planted at the same time, or was the smaller one added in later? This can have an affect on size when trying to plant new plants near established plants. Please include a photo and more information about the conditions each plant received, and I will be more than glad to help you determine what happened.
