Leaves Falling Off Loquat Tree

We have had our tree for a few years. This is the first year most of the leaves are falling off. Is the tree dying? Thanks, Elaine

It may be lacking enough water or it may have a fungus. Increase water to the tree and treat it with a fungicide to tackle both potential issues.
