leaves falling off fig tree

Question

The leaves on my fig tree are turning yellow and look brown on the edges. They also seem to have a white blotch on the leaf before doing so. Most of the leaves look healthy and the fruit is developing and is now about a 2.5 cm in length but at least 3-4 leaves are turning yellow and are easy to pull off. The tree is grown in a pot 14 inches wide and the tree is now 30 inches in height.
