Hibiscus Plants

Q.leaves are green on my hibiscus and have lacey holes. I keep being sent to yellow leaves.

Yes, this is definitely the work of a pest, probably Japanese beetles. You should spray your plant with horticultural oil as soon as possible, and clean away all the leaves that have been damaged. This article will give you lots of information on how to deal with the problem:
