Q.Lantana Plants

Zone La Quinta, CA | Anonymous added on March 7, 2017 | Answered

We want to plant Lantana shrubs (red, dark orange, or purple) and want them to grow 3 to 4 feet tall. The nursery people said it didn’t matter which type we plant — they grow the same — depends on pruning. Is that true?

There are several different varieties of Lantana. Some cultivators can reach up to 5 feet tall, while some are more spreading and will stay lowers.
There are several compact varieties also!

Sonset and Mozelle meet your size requirements.
