Q.Kumquat tree

Zone Houston TX. I THINK I'm in zone 9. | Bigeaux added on May 4, 2017 | Answered

I bought the tree from a reputable grower last summer. The tree leaves seem to be curling up and the plant doesn’t seem to be growing. I did get about three dozen fruits a couple of months ago. Should it be flowering about now? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
