Knockout Rose Bushes

Question

Hello I live in northern Virginia and my knockout rose bush leaves have white spots and holes. What can do to fix this. Please see attached photos. Thank you, please reply back at [e-mail]

The photos look like rose slug damage. You can control those with horticultural oils or insecticidal soaps. Although they look like a caterpillar they are not, so Bt is not effective as a treatment.
