Jasmine Too Many Thick Branches

Question

I was trying to get help with my jasmine. I live in London England and my jasmine ate in large pots on a south facing terrace. I just replanned them last year. Our growing seasons may be a little different. I get one flowering in June then the plants are green the rest of the year. But they seem to be filling with thick branches and only flowering at the ends. I can’t seem to get an answer from a one as to why these are becoming so branchy and how to make them full and bushy and flowery instead. Please if you have any thoughts I would be grateful. Thank you
