Q.Jasmine Plant Weird Texture On Underside Of Leaves

Hello! I recently bought a jasmine plant (last week). It has this weird texture on the underside of the leaves. I would appreciate any help in identifying if this is normal, a fungus or some sort of pest. I’m really not sure what it is. I don’t see any bugs. The texture doesn’t really scrape off. I’ve wiped all the leaves down with a cloth and water. Sprayed the whole thing with an insecticide soap just in case.

It does look like a pest, but it should wipe off in that case. Edema looks like little bumps, it is due to overwatering.
