With a jade plant, only water when the soil is dry at least one inch down into the soil, then water it thoroughly. Jade plants need bright but indirect light. This article will help with their care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/jade-plant/jade-plant-care.htm

Given that watering is on target - if its not, the plant will be failing - light is the critical factor. I've seen huge, flowering jade plants, and they are grown outside in full sun. Try moving your plants around to find spots with more water.
